This additive-free, 100% blue Weber agave tequila is produced in the Tequila Valley under the supervision of Master Distiller Salvador Rosales Trejo, also known as "Chava." The agave is roasted for 72 hours in stone ovens, crushed with a Tahona, undergoes natural fermentation with fibers, and is twice distilled in stainless steel and copper pot stills. This expression is bottled at 100 proof, surpassing the distillery's standard Blanco proof.

The nose has a subtle hint of smoke, much less than a typical mezcal. It's herbal with a noticeable agave presence. The palate is earthy but not overly mineral. A strong agave taste with an oily texture. The finish is medium with an herbal aftertaste.
