This is a crisp, Single Estate Agave Spirit from a specific estate by a particular distillery in Mexico. It's crafted from mature Highland blue Weber agave and deep well water, cooked in an autoclave; fermented without fibers in stainless steel; twice distilled in copper pot stills and aged in stainless steel. It greets with aromas of agave, citrus, herbs, spices, and earth; its complex character introduces notes of cooked agave, mint, and olive; culminating in a balanced, medium-length finish with hints of vanilla, cinnamon, pepper, and sea spray.

The nose presents aromas of peach cobbler, a hint of hibiscus, and stewed greens. The flavors include licorice, cinnamon, sassafras, and cola – essentially all the finest herbal dessert notes, with a slight brininess. It has a rich mouthfeel that coats the palate without any ethanol burn. A touch of black tea and pepper appears on the finish. This is the best blanco I've had the pleasure of tasting; it carries the 1146 DNA and shares some flavor similarities with Don Fulano Blanco, but this expression elevates the experience.

A flowery aroma with a recognizable but very subtle "okay, this is tequila" scent. Wow, this Tequila is incredibly smooth! It's truly like lightly flavored water. This is nothing like standard tequila. It's something quite different and, based on my limited experience, exceptional. I'm amazed.

Notes of honey and vanilla are present but it's not sweet. It's balanced, complex, and not spicy, with a smooth finish. A wonderful and distinct type of tequila, featuring a subtle woody character. The lingering taste is less pleasant, carrying a slight bitterness or woodiness.

Minnie Seaman 5.0

Outstanding mix of sweet and salty with abundant cooked agave, honey, brine, green olives, lavender, mangoes, cinnamon, minerals, salted caramel, papayas, and bubble gum.
