This 750 ml bottle was aged in American oak casks that previously held sweet Kijoshu sake. It's a really pleasant, sophisticated, and innovative drink with hints of florals, toffee, smoke, brown sugar, pears, plums, bananas, coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, white chocolate, Rancio, sandalwood, grapefruit, mangoes, and dates.
