This is the top-rated whiskey I've had aged in an IPA. It's smooth, with hints of pine, juniper, vanilla, pear, and green apple. It has a buttery quality. The aroma and finish are pleasant sandalwood.
Not an IPA fan, period.; but I decided to try it. If you like IPA beer this whisky will be your favorite.
