This spirit spent six months in new American oak charred to level three, followed by two years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry barrel. Its composition is the distillery's standard five malt grain blend, featuring Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Extra Special Malt, Pale Chocolate Malt, and Brown Malt. It is bottled at 104 proof, with a total production of only 186 bottles. The best opportunity to acquire a bottle is by visiting the distillery.
