West Fork Whsky Co. Rye-Ter's Block

A late warmth is present, but otherwise, it's very smooth. It has abundant coffee flavor with some chocolate notes. The overall flavor is quite subtle, especially initially. This is the third batch, and I appreciate its Indiana origins. High expectations for this rye.

This is the second tasting note. The heat level is wonderfully balanced. I prefer this batch to the previous one. Good caramel notes are present. I appreciate the reduced coffee presence.
