Waterloo No. 9 Gin is produced in the Texas Hill Country and serves as the flagship expression for the Waterloo Gin brand. Its name refers to the original settlement that eventually became Austin, Texas. Crafted in the New American style, this gin is characterized by nine botanicals, including regionally harvested lavender, grapefruit, and pecan, in addition to juniper, coriander, and anise.
