Warwick Winery and Distillery, after acquiring an apple orchard in 1989, began producing wine and apple cider in 1993. In 2001, they became the first distillery in the Hudson Valley since prohibition. Their Warwick gin is made with six botanicals: juniper berries, lemon peel, lime peel, coriander, angelica root, and anise. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

I usually enjoy various whiskies and Blue Agave Anejo Tequila, so I was surprisingly delighted by this bright, refreshing gin. The flavor is robust, yet delicious. While this might be a high rating for a dedicated gin enthusiast, this is MY assessment, and I highly recommend it!
Among my most cherished gins, abundant with botanicals but not excessively sweet. It's the top choice for a martini with a twist.
Very enjoyable, light, with a mix of flavors that feels a bit artificial.
