An additive-free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave, this expression is cooked in a stone oven, crushed by a tahona, and fermented in stainless steel tanks with its fibers. It undergoes a double distillation in copper pot stills. The water used comes from two sources: 40% spring water and 60% deep well water. This tequila is bottled at 106 proof, a significantly higher proof than the standard blanco.

A dry, Agave Spirit from NOM 1579. It begins aromatically with notes of agave, wet earth, citrus, flowers, herbs, and spices. Its herbal character adds notes of cooked agave, orange, celery, olive, anise, basil, dill, and peppermint, leading to a long, minerally finish with hints of black pepper, almond, and limestone.
