Volans Reposado Tequila is a 100% blue Weber agave product crafted without additives. Its production involves stone oven cooking, tahona crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks without agave fibers, and double distillation in copper pot stills. It rests for under a year in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and is bottled at 80 proof.

NEAT AROMA - Cooked agave, with faint hints of caramel and vanilla. PALATE - Smooth texture with no burning sensation. The agave flavor is most prominent, while the caramel and vanilla notes are present but easily overlooked. FINISH - Practically non-existent, but it is very easy to drink. SHOULD I BUY? - Yes. WOULD I BUY AGAIN?? - Yes. I'm new to tequila, so there's much to explore. While I won't rush to repurchase this bottle immediately, I do believe it's worth keeping in stock.
