I sampled this Gin with various tonic waters and found it lost too much of its flavor! It's not the outstanding product I had anticipated.

About this bottle
Bartenders Danilo Tersigni, Francesco Medici, and Filippo Previero aimed to address the scarcity of Italian gin on the global market by creating VII (7) Hills Gin. Partnering with craft distillery English Spirits Company in 2014, they developed a spirit inspired by botanicals historically used by the Ancient Romans, with the gin named to honor the seven hills of Rome. The process begins with a base spirit distilled from sugar beets, to which 12 Italian-sourced botanicals are added: juniper, artichoke, fennel seeds, blood orange, bay leaves, alexander seeds, sage, lemon balm, lavender, coriander, chervil, and celery. Following distillation, the gin is bottled at 41% ABV.
