The aroma of this has a quality I can only describe as fiery. Not burning, but reminiscent of a hot clay or brick oven, as if it's still slightly cooking. Clay and roasted agave are prominent, accompanied by hints of mint, other green herbs, pencil eraser, and a subtle, indistinct sweet fruit deep within. On the palate, it's herbal, peppery, and sweet, with flavors of agave, vanilla, and caramelized sugar, finishing with a lingering peppery note. Certainly enjoyable.
