On the nose, toasted oak, crème brûlée, caramelized banana, raisin, brown sugar, and vanilla. With a bit of water, it develops a Scotch character from a sherry cask. Hot on the palate, featuring flavors of burnt sugar, wood, molasses, vanilla, dark fruit, and bittersweet dark chocolate. A long finish of burnt toast and vanilla.
