About this bottle

Muddy River Distillery in Belmont, North Carolina, produces Queen Charlotte's Reserve Carolina Rum. Named after the nearby Catawba River, the distillery was founded in 2011 by Robbie Delaney. His wife Caroline has since joined the operation, and together they produce approximately 300 bottles daily using custom-designed stills named Liberty and Democracy. This rum ages for about one year in virgin American white oak barrels before being bottled at 42% ABV.

Journey Monroy 3.5

Enjoyable on ice or for mixing. A brief finish with vanilla upfront and faint earthy notes.
