Appearance: This spirit had a light caramel syrup hue with thin, watery streaks descending the glass. Nose: The aroma was pleasant and sweet, lacking significant complexity. It offered notes of butterscotch, caramel candy, solvent, vanilla, and fresh arugula. Taste: The flavor was inoffensive but unremarkable. The primary notes detected were caramel, unsalted walnuts, a peculiar waxiness, and woody tannins. Finish: The finish was moderately long and dry. Thoughts: The 'Ultra Premium' designation in the name seems unwarranted based on my experience. While agreeable and sweet, it was also among the most uninteresting spirits I've encountered. Extended barrel aging and a higher bottling proof might improve it. It's a Canadian spirit, as indicated subtly on the label, which I was aware of prior to purchasing. However, I felt it might be misleading to less informed consumers, though that may not have been the intention. Regardless, it's not my preference, but I'm glad to have sampled it. Cheers!

Appearance: Brownish liquid presented in a black bag. Aroma: Alcohol with a medicinal quality, and a faint hint of caramelized walnuts. Tasting: Clearly not top-tier. A spontaneous purchase in Colorado while not thinking clearly. It's bland with a strong alcohol taste, and not in a pleasant way.

The aroma is reminiscent of hairspray and chemicals, immediately making me consider mixing it with cola. While the taste isn't as offensive, it exhibits simple, fruity characteristics but feels watery and has an undertone of cleaning fluid.
