TX, representing Texel, an island in the Netherlands, is the origin of this gin. Stokerij Texel, the distillery, was established with financial backing from a crowdfunding initiative. The spirit is produced from potatoes and its strength is adjusted using dune water, which is rainwater filtered through sand. In addition to juniper, the gin incorporates coriander, orange peels, cardamom, sea buckthorn, and elderberry as botanicals.
