About this bottle

In 2009, Bob and Alan of the Yukon Brewing Company acquired a still, applying their brewing knowledge to whisky production. Their whiskies are crafted using various malted roasted grains, different fermentation methods, and a selection of barrels. This limited edition of 1750 bottles is a peated single malt composed of 80% Canadian malt and 20% UK peated malt. It was matured in first-fill Bourbon barrels with an added section of new oak. This product is exclusively available in Canada.
