Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt (Release 23)

Sampled on May 25, 2021, with fellow spirits enthusiasts. It's a very mellow, pure beverage. The aroma and taste presented notes of caramel-covered apples or apple crumble, vanilla, and sugar, yet it's not overly sweet. The conclusion offered no harshness, making it a pour suitable for everyday enjoyment without overwhelming the palate.

A well-balanced whiskey. Hints of peat and sherry cask. I really wish I owned a whole bottle.
