About this bottle
Greenbar Distillery, established in 2004 by Melkon Khosrovian and Litty Mathew, boasts the world's most extensive selection of organic spirits. Their commitment to organic ingredients extends to environmentally conscious packaging, including bottles made from 100% recycled glass and biodegradable materials, along with a tree-planting initiative for every bottle sold. Tru Organic Gin embodies these principles. It starts with an organic wheat base spirit, to which 14 botanicals are added: juniper berries, fresh lavender, fresh lemon zest, angelica root, orris root, coriander seeds, cardamom, vanilla beans, cloves, fennel, cinnamon, allspice, chamomile, and star anise. After distillation, the gin is matured for 2 months in earthenware vessels and bottled at 42% ABV.
