About this bottle
Founded in 2012 by high school friends Jesse Razaqpur and Charles Benoit, Toronto Distillery Company aims to distill the diverse grains cultivated throughout Ontario. Their wheat whisky is made with 100% organic soft white winter wheat from the farm of Mike and Bonnie O'Hara in Schomberg, Ontario. After milling at a local artisan facility, the wheat is combined with filtered Toronto municipal water, fermented for six days, distilled once in a column still, and then proofed down with water before bottling.
