Topo Organic Piedmont Gin

Made with organic red wheat, distilled in a column still. The nose has light floral juniper. On the palate, there's juniper, cardamom, chamomile, catmint, and spice. It has a short, crisp finish and a thin mouthfeel. It's well-crafted and very drinkable, excellent for cocktails.

Best enjoyed neat. While I appreciate some of the flavor notes, I haven't found a drink where it truly shines for me.

Hints of mint that pair well with cucumbers.
