(From a virtual tasting hosted by Good Spirits Co. Glasgow on September 17, 2021). Nose: Caramel, honey, floral notes, berries, orchard fruits. Palate: Orchard fruits and apricot. It's sugary sweet, like candy, with faint citrus notes. A bit too strong. Finish: A medium-long finish. Citrus and sweetness, with a sour fruit taste lingering. This is a sweet and somewhat sour dram. It doesn't offer a wide range of flavors, but the fruit and citrus notes present are acceptable. Not particularly unique, but generally decent (though a tad too sweet). It's easy to drink and light. Matured for 3.5 years in wine casks. It was ranked last among the six spirits tasted, receiving 5% (1 vote) of the final selection for the evening's favorite. 57% (12 people) of the attendees indicated they enjoyed the whiskey.
