(Good Spirits Co. Glasgow – Virtual Whisky Tasting, January 8, 2021). Distilled: November 1998 Bottled: June 2016 Cask No: 3666 1 of 316 bottles Nose: Nail polish remover, fruit, timber, fruit from the orchard Palate: Smooth, powerful spirit, cooked/(scorched) dough, baked apples, strudel Finish: Moderately extended, a bit tart. Wood, toasted bread, tart fruit from the orchard. A touch of heat/ black pepper on the end. Sadly, I missed the live event, but the people at GSC were nice enough to send me the video to view afterward. This prevented me from seeing the final poll results!
