Established in 1897 in the Scottish Highlands, Tomatin Distillery offers the 12 Year Triple Cask as a core expression. This unpeated whisky is known for its light and fruity character. It matures in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and refill casks before being bottled at 86 proof. Tomatin is one of the few Scottish distilleries with its own cooperage, allowing it to manage its cask program directly.
