Three Chord Honey Toasted Whiskey (Batch 1)

Aroma: Primarily rich wildflower honey, caramel-dipped apples, and toasted oak. Some pleasant floral notes blend with dry, grassy ones and a hint of rye spice underneath. Taste: Oily texture. Slightly sticky. Sweet honey and brown sugar covered cereal. Candied almonds and pecans. Warm rye spice and toasted oak are also present. Finish: Medium length, mainly toasted oak, caramel, and rye spice. Summary: I highly appreciate creative ideas. This is a great one that truly shows how something can be sweet, spicy, and dry, all at once. Well-balanced and quite dynamic for the price.
