Kassandra Tam 4.0

Nose: Like warm rye bread or dusty cracker slices, tannic black tea, malt loaf, and sticky toffee pudding. Palate: Spicy rye bread, nutty, and very malty. Finish: The spice becomes peppery, and the nuttiness deepens. This has a fairly straightforward profile, which isn't a negative. It's potent neat and would do well in a cocktail. A few drops of water enhance the malt/toffee aromas on the nose but surprisingly diminish them on the palate, leaving more of the peppery heat. Your experience may vary.

Lainey Locklear 4.5

Notes of brioche, pain aux raisin, nougat, and a fresh herbal quality. The aroma and flavor are quite intriguing. The color and oiliness are pleasing. It could be nice for a couple or even in an Old Fashioned. Perhaps a bottle purchase, though it might become too sweet.
