A robust, Single Malt Whisky from the Macallan Distillery in Speyside, Scotland, aged at least 12 years in Spanish Sherry oak barrels. It starts with a rich profile of dried fruit and spice; then a full and rich life introduces notes of sweet cherry, oak, caramel, and smoke; culminating in a prolonged and intricate finish with vanilla, dark honey, and floral elements. Considering it's their foundational spirit, this is quite good – creamy, smooth, with a pleasant kick. A truly solid, straightforward highland single malt.

Lingering warmth, moderate smokiness, and a spicy character.
