A fine example of a Bourbon-style Canadian whiskey. The aroma is a bit sharp but carries notes of honey and vanilla. Regrettably, its three years of aging seem insufficient to fully mellow it; longer aging would have been beneficial. The palate offers a well-balanced mix of sweet and spicy. Distinct orange and vanilla notes are present, though perhaps less caramel than found in a typical Bourbon.

Potent with a touch of caramel and orange, which is quite pleasant. The flavor persists slightly at the end, providing a medium finish. It generally reminds me of bourbon.
