Truly enjoyable! Compared to the unity blend, this expression is significantly superior, possessing greater refinement and balance with less sweetness. I'd characterize unity as a dessert whisky, whereas this is a versatile, outstanding spirit for any occasion.

Cask smoke blends with oaky vanilla and smooth cereal malts, leading to dried black cherries, plums, and apricots, with hints of rye spice throughout. This is likely my top Canadian whiskey choice ever. It's a shame it's no longer available, and that a certain individual has only suggested a third port cask version might appear...
