Each gin is founded on a base of juniper berries, coriander seeds, winter savory leaf, and Angelica root. It offers an aromatic beginning of dried flowers, seeds, leaves, berries, herbs, and roots. Its floral character adds notes of fresh rose petals, elderflower, jasmine, juniper, angelica, coriander, and savory, leading to a robust and prolonged conclusion. This was experienced in June/September 2023.
