A crisp Gin created by the Head Distiller for The Secret Garden Distillery in Edinburgh, Scotland, using botanicals from their 7.5-acre Botanical Garden. Each Gin is made with a base of juniper berries, coriander seeds, winter savory leaf & Angelica root. It has an aromatic beginning of citrus, seeds, leaves, berries, herbs & roots; while a crisp middle adds notes of lemon verbena, elderflower, jasmine, juniper, angelica, coriander & savory; that leads to a balanced, medium-length conclusion.
