Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger Gin utilizes the distillery's standard Edinburgh Gin as its foundation. Following distillation, rhubarb and ginger are added for infusion, imparting the flavored gin's color. It is bottled at 80 proof.

It's more like a flavored vodka because of less juniper and much more sweetness. The rhubarb provides a nice pink hue and just a touch of fruit on the palate's end. The ginger comes through well with a solid warming sensation that lingers for a few minutes. This is practically a cocktail in a bottle. You could easily stir this with ice, strain it into a glass, and be ready to go.
The nose and palate both feature the floral notes of rhubarb. Very smooth with a tingling finish.
