Very distinctive. A very citrus beginning that develops into white pepper with a hint of sweetness, almost corn-like in a way, leading to a long, peppery finish. I would absolutely suggest this to anyone seeking a non-smoky espadin at an excellent price. A good alternative for anything requiring tequila!
