Aroma: Agave, citrus zest Palate: Bright agave with undertones of caramel and vanilla. Clean minerality with a subtle creaminess Finish: Agave with white pepper transitioning to baking spices Less robust than the 2018 El Baijo reposado.
I'm not enjoying this; the cask imparts excessive sweetness and an artificial caramel corn essence.
Spicy, sweet, but the finish is a little muddled. Decent, but not outstanding for the price.
