About this bottle

Rancho El Puertecito, one of the highest elevation agave fields belonging to the Camarena family, has its northern and western sections bordered by oak and cedar trees, which shield the agave from intense summer heat. The agave plants, harvested at 8.5 years old, exhibited high sugar and acidity levels due to their advanced maturity. Approximately a quarter of the original agave plants had surpassed their prime and were decaying.
