Tequila Chamucos is an additive-free tequila made with 100% organic agave cultivated in the Jalisco highlands. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, fermented without fibers in open-air tanks using natural yeast, and twice distilled in custom stainless steel Alambique stills. This expression is aged for at least three years in a mix of new white American oak and ex-bourbon barrels.
