About this bottle
Crafted with 100% blue Weber agave from the Southern Los Altos region of Jalisco, this tequila contains no additives. The agave undergoes cooking in stone ovens, followed by roller mill extraction. Fermentation occurs without fibers in open-air stainless steel tanks, and it is distilled twice in a stainless steel still featuring copper coils. This variety is matured in new American white oak barrels before undergoing carbon filtration for clarity and is bottled at 80 proof.
