About this bottle
This additive-free tequila is made with 100% estate-grown blue Weber agave. The agave is roasted for 15 hours in an autoclave, milled using rollers, and fermented in cement tanks with proprietary yeast without fibers. It is distilled twice in a stainless steel still with a copper coil and then rested for 11 months in ex-bourbon barrels.
