About this bottle
Made with 100% organically grown blue Weber agave from a single estate in Jalisco's Los Altos region, this tequila contains no additives. Its production involves cooking in brick ovens, crushing with a roller mill, open-air fermentation in stainless steel tanks without fibers, and double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. The spirit is aged for up to six months in American oak whiskey barrels sourced from Kentucky and is presented at 80 proof.
