Tengumai Junmai Yamahai

Barely perceptible aroma when chilled, with some pepper and light green bean. When warmed, it opens up with scents of steamed mushrooms, woodiness, and a stronger green bean colander aroma. Best enjoyed warm, though good at all temperatures. Umami and savory flavors, unique to Yamahai brewing. Enoki, steamed roots, and vegetables, soft and light on the palate.
