Rating: 14/23 The flavor is clean and balanced. Lots of licorice. It isn't very strong. It's a little smoky, somewhat like very weak Baijiu. There's some green apple and a bit more alcohol than I'd prefer. It's a solid sake. It's very drinkable and has a decent finish.
