Sherman Kirby 3.0

An potent, White Rum created from a fusion of unaged column distilled rum from the Dominican Republic, combined with high ester pot distilled rum from Jamaica. It begins aromatically with notes of sugar cane, fruits, blossoms, herbs & spices; its bold character introduces notes of lemon zest, jasmine, honeysuckle, lemongrass; leading to a lengthy & complex conclusion with notes of white pepper & coriander.

Reynaldo Bunch 4.0

Frankly, this is likely my first white rum that wasn't named after a naval vessel or came in a plastic container. That said, it's a fantastic rum. The bottle design is a nice, clean, retro 60s style. The taste is quite citrusy with perhaps a hint of coconut? It makes an excellent mai tai, and I'm eager to experiment with more cocktails using this bottle.

Rogelio Colon 4.3

Clear, with thick legs. Notes of chamomile, menthol, and varnish. Hints of white pepper and lemongrass. Medium body with a burn. Pleasantly floral; suitable for mixing, but enjoyable on its own.
