Tanduay Double Rum

$41.99. 80 proof. A blend of 5 and 16-year-old rums aged in former bourbon barrels for two years. Flavors include toasted molasses, roasted bananas, coconut, vanilla, oak, cinnamon, popcorn, apples, root beer, charred oak, butter, sugar cookies, toffee, and nutmeg, along with grapes.

Aromas include brown sugar, vanilla, tobacco, pears, and oak. Flavors are similar to the smell; add in some butter and it's mildly sweet. Medium-full body with a bit of warmth in the finish. Acceptable but not outstanding.
