Tailwinds Distilling, founded by brothers Toby and Jamey Beall in Illinois, produces an American rum using first-boil molasses, aiming for a profile similar to agricole. Taildragger Coffee Rum is created by combining freshly roasted Ethiopian Blend Coffee from Two Brothers Coffee Roasters with Taildragger White Rum and allowing it to blend for several days.
