Taconic Horse & Jockey

It has an amber color with visible legs. Strong notes of vanilla, caramel, orange, flowers, and pine are present. It's mildly sweet with hints of cream, oak, and mushroom. It has a medium body, is slightly astringent, offers a medium burn, and finishes with medium complexity and dryness. It's balanced, subtle, and a little subdued. It's remarkably smooth considering the alcohol content of 62.5% (125 proof). The mash bill is 70% corn, 25% rye, and 5% barley.
