Alcohol-forward with hardly any sweetness. I suspect it's aiming for barrel strength competition or meant as a mixer. I won't be buying it again.

Smooth and creamy, with vanilla, maple, and nutty oak flavors in the finish. You can tell it's high proof, but it's well-integrated. The finish length is appropriate.
Amazing barrel strength craft bourbon from NY. Sweetness and spice are perfectly balanced. Uses all local ingredients. I love it.
I wasn't anticipating much from this New York State bourbon, but I was pleasantly surprised by its excellent vanilla and butterscotch notes.
Less burn than I had anticipated. It possesses good flavor, though I'm making a bourbon sour with it. Excellent for that purpose.
A reliable bourbon, improved with ice (also, I was drinking the straight bourbon whiskey, not a different one).
