Switchgrass Rye

Somewhat peppery on the initial taste, but finishes dry quickly. Some alcohol burn on the front, but not intrusive, actually desirable. Not much flavor lingers. But overall a nice, 75% rye at a nice price point.

A warm, smooth introduction with a subtly peppery conclusion.
