Sweetwater Distiller Corn Whiskey

The mash bill is 95% corn, 4% barley, and 1% rye. For an unaged corn whiskey, it has excellent flavor. I've used it in mixed drinks, where it adds a great character. If you're ever near Monroe City, Missouri, you should visit this family-owned distillery.

A very distinct flavor, nearly like tequila; the Jimmy Red is easily a 4-4.5.
