A delicate Canadian Whiskey from Swear Jar Craft Distillers in Canada, crafted with local, heirloom Canadian rye, wheat, and barley. It's aged for a minimum of 10 years in charred oak barrels before being bottled at 42% ABV. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of grain, wood, fruit, and spices. The light and delicate body adds notes of vanilla, sweet oak, warm baking spices, and citrus, leading to a quick and watery finish. March 2023
