I first encountered this Gin at a local liquor store. The person working there mentioned they hadn't tried it but that it was quite popular now that it was available in South Carolina. A note on the bottle indicated it shipped to VA, NC, and SC. If you enjoy Gin and spot this bottle, it's worth sampling. This Gin offers a pleasant Juniper aroma and a citrus/herbal character. The Juniper is noticeable but doesn't dominate the flavor. It performs well in Martinis and Gin and Tonics, and it makes an exceptional Vesper and Aviation. The Gin mixes well with all the sodas I've used, and I've purchased three bottles so far. It seems to have taken Roku's place in my top three Gins, though it costs a bit more. For Gin enthusiasts, this is a clear choice if you prefer Gins with a citrus finish, unlike Tanqueray gins which I find have a black pepper finish. Enjoy.

Excellent product. The bottle's appearance is appealing, but the contents are what truly earn the rating. While this deviates somewhat from "traditional" gins, juniper enthusiasts will not be disappointed. Bold juniper is complemented by floral undertones and a mild vegetal note, pairing ideally with vermouth and olives. It's also great in a G&T. It might currently only be available in NC, but if you are in NC and can find it, absolutely try it.
Nicely balanced notes of floral and pine, finishing with a touch of spice. The lingering taste is clean, and the flavor persists.
Botanical, tastes like a small batch, expertly made. Found this in Jackson Hole.
